Julius Caesar

Julius Caesar was written by William Shakespeare. Julius was one of the most popular people in Rome. Then there was a guy called Brutus who really wanted to be king of Rome. so he got his brother Cassius and a bunch of other people to kill him. So what they did was they tricked him to going to a place called the  Capitol. .What Julius thought was going to happen was he was going to be crowned king of Rome but then he ended up getting killed.After he got killed one of his servants named Antony. He walked in after Julius was killed . when Brutus was talking to the towns people Antony carried his body out and convinced the towns people that Brutus and Cassius were to be killed.

The play that we went to go see on Julius Caesar was great. Some of the people spoke their lines clearly and others not. The actors did a really good job making the costumes and making the back rounds . There is one thing  I'm going to say about the play some people didn't say their lines very clearly so it was very hard to understand so maybe they should try spake more slowly . The things that i liked about the play was that they added a modern twist to the play. The other thing was that they were really organised with everything.Heres a picture of the cast from calvin park

The Maze Runner

Our class is reading a book called the Maze Runner.this book is about this group of boys that are living in a place where they don't know anything but their name then there are these things out in the maze called the grivers. When you get stung by one of them you go into something called the"changing" .In the chaning is when you do alot of crazy things. The main characters name is Thomas.He cant remember anything but his name.When he comes out of a thing called the box(that's what everyone comes out of) he sees a whole bunch of boys staring at him.when he finally gets out box he starts to ask a whole bunch of questions like "where am I".The leader of the biys right now is a guy named Alby.He tells the boys what to do and everthing.The book Is written that it sounds like Thomas has been there for a few weeks but he has only really been there for a few days.I  would highly recomend this book to alot of people who have alot of spare time in their life or when you just wanna sit down a read a good book.

The Shape Of A Girl

On November 22 my class . the grade 7's and the 5/6 class went to see a play called "The Shape Of A Girl".I Thought that it was a great play because the girl that played Braide mad IT a monologue. The part that I found really confusing was when she was walking on the beach and when it looked like she was talking to herself the whole time. I really like the part when she was being every person in the play just by herself.now I'm going to show you a picture of the person who played Braide.

Digital Book Club

My class has started a special rotation on language things and one center is a book club . All 6 groups that we have have a book to read . Noe I'm going to tell u about my groups book and what its about comment below with any questions you have. my book is called "Feed" by M.T. Anderson.this book is about people just like us who have microchips in there head. The name they call it is the Feed. The feed is like an Internet
in the head telling you about where all the sales are at all the store.Here's  a picture of the book.now here are my questions . Is this in futer tense? . My second question is why is his name Titus?

have you ever seen a abandoned  school house that glows.well I have have this Is a picture of what it looks like.If you ever find one then you should take a picture of it because looks of people would love to see things like this. Some times if u have to make a poster for Halloween then this will be very cool for a picture of one

Meet Somebody From Space

 Today my class got to go over to Q.E.C.V.I. and  see an astronaut talk about being in space. It was a great experience. He had  two slide shows and two videos and I loved them all. He showed allot of pictures of the stars in space, he showed what the earth looks like out in space. In the videos he showed us what it looks like when a space ship takes off, I loved seeing all the smoke coming from under the space ship. After he was done showing the last video there was a question and answer time and there were allot of very neat questions.  My friends and I went to ask if he could moon walk and he said no, then one of his sons said he cant juggle ether . I found that really funny . I learned allot of neat things about space and what its like to be out in space from a real person in space. The astronaut in the picture is the astronaut that came to Q.E.C.V.I. Then I added a picture of the Hubble telescope.
